  • Yes. A Security Deposit “SD” equivalent to the first month’s rental is required to be made with the first month’s rental payment upon booking. The SD will be refunded after a month from the check-out date to the individual or company’s bank account.

  • We regret to inform that we do not accept cash payment and payment needs to be made to confirm your booking. We accept bank transfer and credit card payments (fees may apply).

  • All bookings are under the non-cancellation and non-refundable policy

  • Changing of dates or room types is subjected to availability and fee top-ups if necessary.

  • We do not have a check-in reception counter/concierge at the property but we do have our hosts to meet and greet you on your first day of arrival and to ensure that everything is in place for you to have a comfortable stay. During this Covid times, we have a contactless option too that you can self check-in on your own and instructions will be given via email.

  • It will be once a week and during Covid period, it will only be carried out upon guest request to minimise contact. For guests serving SHN, no housekeeping will be provided during the period of stay.

  • High Speed WIFI is complimentary for use and the user ID and password will be sent to you in the welcome email few days prior to your arrival.

     

    We provide a fixed monthly utility allowance which should be enough to cover the monthly utility which is based on the average usage in Singapore. The utility allowance varies depending on the apartment type. Any amount in excess of the utility allowance will be chargeable except for ST Residences Novena.

  • For our serviced apartments in ST Residences Novena and ST Residences, towels and toiletries are provided. For our other condominium apartments, towels and toiletries will be provided for the first time and no replenishment.

  • Most of our apartments come with a washer and dryer for your convenience. We do not have in-house laundry services and you can consider an external laundry service provider or nearby Launderette.

  • There are no breakfast provided.

  • Only selected buildings have complimentary parking lots. You can let us know your requirement and we can recommend accordingly.

  • Pets are allowed in all apartments except ST Residences Novena. Do take note that additional charges applies for every pet brought during the stay.

     

    Charges subjected to GST:

    • $10 per pet per day for Studio and 1BR Apartments.
    • $15 per pet per day for 2BR and 3BR Apartments.
  • You may contact ST Residences Operations team at the number given to you during check-in as different staff are in charge of different properties.
